Job summary

SHAN CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for metal works in Singapore.

You will plan and manage projects from award to handover, coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal teams, review drawings, and ensure timely submissions for approval. You will also plan fabrication and installation schedules with workshop and site teams, supervise on-site crews, and monitor progress while maintaining compliance with WSH and BCA standards.

Qualifications

Experience leading metal works projects.
Knowledge of Singapore WSH and BCA rules.
Effective communication with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Class 3 driving license is a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage projects from award to handover.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal team.
Review drawings and specifications; coordinate shop drawings and submissions for approval.
Plan fabrication and installation schedules with workshop and site teams.
Supervise site supervisors and installation teams; monitor on-site progress.
Ensure compliance with WSH requirements and BCA standards.
Manage project costs, variations and progress claims.
Attend site coordination meetings and prepare progress reports.
Support tendering with quantity take-offs, costing and quotations.
