Job summary

SHAN CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for metal works in Singapore.

You will plan and manage projects from award to handover, coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal teams, review drawings, and ensure timely submissions for approval. You will also plan fabrication and installation schedules with workshop and site teams, supervise on-site crews, and monitor progress while maintaining compliance with WSH and BCA standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading metal works projects.
• Knowledge of Singapore WSH and BCA rules.
• Effective communication with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Class 3 driving license is a plus.

Job Requirement

• At least 5 years of project management experience in metal works
• Familiar with Singapore WSH and BCA requirements
• Good communication and coordination skills with clients, subcontractors and internal teams
• Able to manage several projects and deadlines at once
• Valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage
