Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of roofing, structural steel or renovation works relevant to project management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and perform site measurements accurately.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and WhatsApp for work coordination and basic reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to guide teams and solve problems effectively.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage metal and roofing work projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality delivery
• Coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to maintain smooth project operations
• Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower allocation, and material usage to optimize resources
• Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Track project progress and provide detailed weekly reports to management for informed decision-making
• Ensure all projects comply with safety, regulatory, and quality standards to maintain workplace safety and legal adherence
• Assist in preparing accurate quotations, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and project documentation as required
• Provide leadership and supervision to site teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously when necessary
