Job summary

China Communications Construction Company Limited (Singapore) - Surge is seeking a Marine Construction Supervisor to lead daily marine and jetty works in Singapore. You will oversee piling, platforms, and steel works, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality.

Candidates should hold a Diploma or above in Civil/Port & Harbour/Marine Engineering with at least 5 years in marine infrastructure, and be proficient in piling, steel platforms, and reading construction drawings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Civil/Port & Harbour/Marine Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of marine infrastructure construction experience.
• Experience in marine bored piling including drilling, casing, reinforcement cage installation and underwater concreting.
• Experience with marine steel platforms, temporary platforms, access trestles and jetty structures.
• Familiar with marine construction equipment like drilling rigs, crawler cranes and barges.
• Good knowledge of concrete, reinforcement, formwork, structural steel and welding works.
• Ability to read Civil, Structural and Marine construction drawings.
• Strong site supervision and subcontractor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily marine and jetty construction activities, ensuring safety, on schedule and quality.
• Coordinate site manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors and marine resources.
• Supervise marine bored piling works: pile setting-out, casing installation, drilling, borehole cleaning, reinforcement cage installation and underwater concreting.
