Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Construction Manager for a major naval base/government project in Singapore.

You will lead construction activities, manage contractors, ensure quality, safety, and compliance, and coordinate with engineering teams to deliver milestones on schedule. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in engineering with 7+ years of construction experience, preferably in marine projects.

Qualifications

• Overall responsibility for construction activities and recommendations to project managers.
• Manage contractors with focus on quality, compliance with drawings, codes, standards, schedule and cost.
• Coordinate with engineering supporting construction activities.
• Assist in developing and implementing corporate construction policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project activities to ensure timely delivery and minimize wastage.
• Lead and develop a group of engineers.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve project issues.
• Liaise with government/statutory authorities, consultants, clients and suppliers.
• Provide timely progress reporting and attend execution meetings.
