Job summary

China Communications Constructions Company Limited (Singapore Branch) – Surge is seeking a seasoned Civil Construction Manager to lead on-site execution of large-scale industrial projects, including piling, building works and foundations in Singapore.

You will review drawings, supervise quality and safety, manage subcontractors, coordinate critical interfaces and work closely with design teams to resolve RFIs/VOs, ensuring constructability and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of civil construction management in large-scale industrial projects (experience in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Port, or LNG projects is highly advantageous).
• Strong expertise in piling techniques, mass concrete works, and complex foundation construction.
• Familiar with Singapore's building codes, construction standards. Proficient in using AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software.
• Excellent team leadership and cross-disciplinary coordination skills.
