CHINA HARBOUR (SINGAPORE) ENGINEERING COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil/Structural Site Engineer to plan and coordinate site works, resolve drawing discrepancies, and liaise with consultants and subcontractors.

You will work independently as a key member of Site Management, monitor schedules, review drawings, and prepare technical submissions. Marine project experience is preferred. Strong paperwork and communication with clients and authorities are essential.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of Site/Working experience.
Good organizational and planning skills.
Able to work independently and as a team.
Candidates with Marine Project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate site works, resolve drawing details and discrepancies.
Liaise with consultants and subcontractors.
Work independently and as a key member of Site Management.
Identify potential issues impacting schedule and propose solutions.
Review drawings for conflicts with Structural/ME, liaise with consultants.
Ensure works meet schedule and quality standards.
Maintain safe on-site environment and manage workers.
Assist Construction Manager in daily site coordination.
Prepare, submit, and monitor technical drawings, method statements, and shop drawings.
Monitor progress against baseline schedule and prepare daily/monthly reports.
Handle general on-site technical and engineering matters and quality control.
Coordinate works with subcontractors and liaise on technical issues.
Arrange inspection of works and maintain professional communication with clients and authorities.
