Job summary

Leading Engine Manufacturer in Singapore seeks a hands-on Workshop Foreman to lead our service and overhaul facility. You will supervise mechanical engineers and technicians, oversee engine overhauls, troubleshooting, and testing of large-scale European diesel and gas engines.

You will ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health regulations and OEM quality standards while managing workshop tooling, equipment maintenance, and inventory.

Qualifications

• Experience leading mechanical teams in a workshop setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and schedule a team of mechanical engineers and technicians.
• Oversee hands-on overhaul, troubleshooting, assembly, and testing of engines and components.
• Ensure strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company quality protocols.
• Manage workshop tooling, equipment maintenance, and consumable inventory.
• Coordinate closely with project managers and service coordinators to meet tight project deadlines.
