Job summary

GE Aerospace in Singapore is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer – NPI to drive development and industrialization of Component Repair NPI projects. You will lead cross-functional teams across Repair, Design and Product Support Engineering, generating manufacturing routers, substantiation packages, and documentation, while ensuring safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives.

The role requires 3–5 years in NPI with a mechanical/aerospace background and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or Materials Engineering with 3–5 years in NPI.
• Experience developing repair processes and industrialization for NPI projects.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and inspection tools used in repair: brazing, heat treat, diffusion coating/thermal spray, peening, welding/additive, machining.
• Familiarity with GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
