Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for our manufacturing client in Singapore. The role focuses on preventive maintenance of blown film, printing and pouching equipment, and planning upgrades to machines and facilities.

You will lead the maintenance team, collaborate with process teams and external vendors, drive corrective actions, and explore new technologies to keep operations safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct technological analyses.

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance of existing equipment consisting of blown film, printing and pouching machines.
• Plan and manage new machine additions, improvement and upgrading projects for machines and facilities
• Leading maintenance team in technical analysis and fault diagnosis together with process team and external vendors to enable the smooth operation of equipment.
• Initiate follow-up corrective action to ensure continued safe and reliable plant operation
• Execute maintenance activities with vendors & contractors.
• Lead the maintenance team to support day to day shift activities, to make sure the engineering related issues are properly communicated from production team.
• Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
• Help departments use technology profitably.
