Job summary

RF360 SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking an experienced technician-lead to manage a team and oversee maintenance of line production equipment. You will ensure high uptime, efficient operation, and perform preventive maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting.

Collaboration with engineers on upgrades and ongoing improvement initiatives is essential. The role requires a Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with around 4 years of relevant technical experience, and proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel

Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering or equivalent Technical Certificate.
4 years of relevant technical experience.
Experience with computer systems and MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all production equipment maintenance in the given area.
Handle higher-complexity assignments requiring problem resolution and judgment.
Share developed knowledge of skills and procedures across similar equipment to improve performance and standardization.
Contribute improvement ideas and work on continuous improvement projects.
Coach the team to complete a wide variety of difficult assignments/tasks.
Develop troubleshooting guides for knowledge retention.
Train new line technicians on equipment maintenance and procedures.
Contribute to equipment improvement projects including modifications to reduce wafer breakage and improve uptime.
Perform PM and tool calibrations as planned; handle type conversion and buy-off before releasing to production.
Assist engineer with spare parts management.
Ensure CSR, EHS, QM, ESD, 5S and cleanroom protocol compliance.
