The National University of Singapore seeks a Learning Experience Designer who combines technology, design and adult learning expertise to shape modern education at NUS-ISS. The role focuses on blended and tech-enhanced learning, with a strong emphasis on AI tools and video editing to create engaging lifelong learning resources.

You'll collaborate with faculty and Practice Chiefs to design scalable digital and in-person learning journeys, build a curated repository of lectures and microlearning,

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology or equivalent.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including 5+ years in learning experience design and blended learning for executive education, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in EdTech tools, LMS platforms, video editing, multimedia production and AI-assisted learning design.

Responsabilités

• Develop blended learning strategies for adult learners across online-offline-online journeys.
• Champion adoption of EdTech tools and AI applications to enhance teaching and learner experience.
• Partner with faculty on curriculum redesign to maximise learning impact and engagement.
• Curate and disseminate best practices in digital pedagogy across NUS‑ISS.
