Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced land surveyor to support project delivery across multiple phases. You will carry out land and engineering surveys, set out lines and coordinates, and operate survey instruments on-site.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Land Surveying or Geomatics, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with Total Station, AutoCAD, and GIS concepts. You will collaborate with site and digital/BIM teams and ensure accurate, traceable survey

Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent in land surveying or related field.
Minimum 5 years of surveying experience on projects.
Proficient with Total Station and other surveying instruments.
Familiar with AutoCAD for drawings and as-built support.
Knowledge of GIS concepts/tools.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

Carry out land and engineering surveys across project phases.
Set out lines, levels, coordinates, and alignments per drawings.
Operate survey equipment with setup, calibration, and safety.
Plan daily site surveying with site team; report progress.
Supervise data collection, processing, calculations, validation.
Check setting-out by subcontractors with quality teams.
Prepare and maintain setting-out sketches, reports, records.
Collaborate with digital/BIM teams to resolve clashes.
Conduct site verification for as-built records.
Flag discrepancies between site, outputs, and drawings; support corrective actions.
Carry out other surveying-related project support duties.
