Job summary

You will also contribute to menu design and implement creative ideas that align with brand standards while ensuring all staff adhere to kitchen protocols.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience as Senior Cook.
• Must be dedicated and committed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage outlet chefs and kitchen staff.
• Oversee the daily operation of the kitchen.
• Maintain food quality and safety standards.
• Ensure proper maintenance of the kitchen within each outlet.
• Design and implement new ideas for the menu.
