Responsibilities

• Observe health and safety standards in all food handling.
• Assist Head Chef and Cook Supervisor in placing orders.
• Maintain quality control procedures.
• Receive, store and inventory food products.
• Facilitate effective communication and engagement at the workplace.
• Identify meat and seafood and their preparation where applicable.
• Drive productivity improvements and solve problems at supervisory level.
• Provide ad-hoc duties as assigned.
