Job summary

WeCraft Group is seeking an Intermediate Interior & FF&E Designer to take independent ownership of interior-architectural scope, freeing senior capacity while raising quality and delivery pace. You will work closely with the Creative Director to interpret and extend WeCraft's design language across packages, exercising sound independent judgement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Architecture / Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 5–7 years of professional interior-architectural experience (high-end residential and/or hospitality preferred).
• Demonstrated FF&E design, specification and sourcing experience.
• Strong eye for materials, finishes and bespoke detailing.

Responsibilities

• Own interior-architectural design and documentation from concept to detailed construction and procurement sets, meeting client brief, budget and programme.
• Design, select and specify FF&E; prepare FF&E schedules, finish boards and specifications for procurement.
• Develop millwork, joinery and bespoke detailing in line with WeCraft's craft-led design language.
• Source materials, finishes and furnishings to specification and budget, coordinating with Maison WeCraft on procurement and lead times.
• Produce and coordinate drawings, BIM models and visualisations, and assemble coordinated DD and CD sets.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations; gather, interpret and integrate feedback.
• Coordinate WeCraft's outsourced documentation partners.
