Your role blends front-of-house showroom leadership with advanced drawing and rendering skills, delivering premium interior solutions and shaping client experiences.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture.
• 2 to 5 years of professional studio and showroom experience with emphasis on technical detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary showroom host for walk-in clients at the East Coast showroom, bridging front-of-house sales with technical expertise.
• Consult directly with homeowners, architects, and interior designers guiding material selections and configurations.
• Develop technical drawing sets including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, lighting layouts, wall sections, and millwork details.
• Translate concepts into buildable construction documentation aligned with structural, MEP, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with contractors and fabricators during site visits, RFIs, and construction phases to resolve field conditions.
• Manage finish schedules, material procurement tracking, hardware specs, and shop drawings reviews.

Job description

Seeking a meticulousDesign Associate to drive high-end interior projects from schematic design through construction administration while fronting showroom client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary showroom host for walk-in clients at the East Coast showroom, seamlessly bridging front-of-house sales with technical expertise.

• Consult directly with diverse walk-in clients—including homeowners, architects, and interior designers—guiding them through material selections, natural stone, sintered stone tiles, architectural surfaces, and spatial configurations.

• Develop comprehensive technical drawing sets, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, lighting layouts, wall sections, and complex custom millwork details using industry software.

• Translate aesthetic concepts into buildable construction documentation, ensuring strict alignment with structural constraints, MEP services, and familiarity of local regulations.

• Collaborate proactively with contractors and specialty fabricators during site visits, RFIs, and construction phases to resolve complex field conditions.

• Manage detailed finish schedules, material procurement tracking, hardware specifications, and custom furniture shop drawing reviews.

Qualifications

• Diplomain Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture.

• 2 to 5 years of professional studio and client-facing retail or showroom experience with anemphasis on technical detailing.

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Demonstrated expertise in architectural joinery, material behavior, lighting integration, and construction sequencing.
