Job summary

manpower staffing services (singapore) pte ltd is seeking an accomplished Instrumentation & Control engineer for offshore oil & gas projects in Singapore. You will lead I&C activities, review technical documents, and ensure compliance with IEC, API, ISO, and NORSOK standards across FPSOs and offshore platforms.

You will mentor engineers, drive design, FAT/SAT, and startup activities, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, reliable ICSS solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering.
• 10–15 years of Instrumentation & Control engineering experience offshore.
• Experience with FPSOs, offshore platforms, floating production facilities, brownfield projects.
• Experience in FEED, detailed design, project execution, commissioning, startup.
• Experience leading engineering teams or discipline lead on EPC/EPCI projects.
• Knowledge of IEC, API, ISO, NORSOK, and classification society requirements.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements:

• At least 10-15 years of Instrumentation & Control engineering experience in offshore oil & gas projects.
• Proven experience with FPSOs, offshore platforms, floating production facilities, and brownfield projects.
• Proven experience in FEED, detailed design, project execution, commissioning, and startup.
• Experience leading engineering teams or acting as a discipline lead on EPC/EPCI projects.
• Good knowledge of industry standards such as IEC, API, ISO, NORSOK, and classification society requirements.
• Experience with control systems, safety systems, and ICSS integration.
• Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical challenges.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with clients and vendors.
