Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Instrumentation & Control Lead for offshore oil & gas projects in Singapore. You will lead I&C engineering activities and coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to deliver complex projects.

The role requires 10–15 years of I&C experience on FPSOs/offshore platforms, FEED and detailed design, plus strong leadership and regulatory knowledge. On-site work with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
• At least 10-15 years of Instrumentation & Control engineering experience in offshore oil & gas projects.
• Proven experience with FPSOs, offshore platforms, floating production facilities, and brownfield projects.
• Proven experience in FEED, detailed design, project execution, commissioning, and startup.
• Experience leading engineering teams or acting as a discipline lead on EPC/EPCI projects.
• Good knowledge of industry standards such as IEC, API, ISO, NORSOK, and classification society requirements.
• Experience with control systems, safety systems, and ICSS integration.
• Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical challenges.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and designers.
• Drive engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the team.
