Job summary

JIH SUN EMPLOYMENT AGENCY is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily injection moulding operations for automotive components. You will allocate manpower, manage multiple moulding lines and ensure adherence to productivity targets and quality standards.

Responsibilities include machine start-up/shutdown, parameter optimization, coaching technicians, and coordinating maintenance while enforcing safety and 5S practices in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• 5 years of injection moulding experience, preferably automotive or precision plastics.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and automotive quality tools.
• Proficient in setting up machines such as Arburg, Sumitomo and Fanuc.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily injection moulding operations to meet production schedules.
• Allocate manpower and oversee machine operations across multiple lines.
• Ensure productivity targets, cycle times and output efficiency.
• Oversee quality checks with QA and address non-conformances.
• Manage mould changes, start-up, shutdown and parameter settings.
• Coach moulding technicians and conduct safety and 5S training.
• Coordinate daily maintenance and liaise with maintenance on issues.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a clean, organized workplace.
