Job summary

Resmed in Tuas, Singapore, seeks a Manager, Moulding Engineering to lead a skilled team driving precision injection moulding, automation, and advanced manufacturing technologies. You’ll shape manufacturing strategies early in product development and partner across Operations, Product Development, Quality, and global stakeholders.

You will oversee moulding process development, validation, and implementation, ensuring GMP, safety, and regulatory standards are met while delivering cost-effective,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing/engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in manufacturing within regulated industries (medical devices/pharma preferred).
• Knowledge of product design, process validation, and lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing manufacturing engineering team.
• Coach and support team members to strengthen technical capability and growth.
• Drive engagement and performance to deliver objectives.
• Represent Manufacturing in cross-functional discussions to ensure manufacturability, quality, cost, and scalability.
