Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to oversee care delivery for home-based clients in Singapore. You will supervise Interim Caregivers (Nursing Aides), monitor performance, and ensure safety and quality standards are met across assigned cases.

You will conduct care assessments, develop individualized care plans, provide training, and coordinate with social workers, nurses, and families to tailor care requirements to each client.

• Strong communication with clients and families.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety and quality of ICs services delivered to clients in their homes.
• Supervise and guide Interim Caregivers to maintain performance and competency.
• Monitor and evaluate Caregivers’ skills to ensure effective care delivery.
• Conduct care assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide training and ongoing support to Interim Caregivers to enhance skills.
• Liaise with Social Workers, Nurses, and client families to coordinate care requirements.
