Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Care Supervisor to ensure safety and quality of IC services delivered to clients at home. You will supervise Interim Caregivers, monitor skills, and develop care plans with input from clients and families.

You will liaise with Social Workers, Nurses and families to coordinate care requirements and provide training to caregivers. Immediate start preferred; SNB & BCLS valid are required.

Qualifikationen

• Min. Degree in Nursing
• Valid SNB & BCLS
• Able to start immediate/ within a short notice preferred

Aufgaben

• Ensure the safety and quality of ICs services delivered to clients in their homes by implementing and monitoring care standards
• Supervise and provide guidance to Interim Caregivers to maintain high performance and competency
• Monitor and evaluate Nursing Aides’ skills and competencies to ensure effective care delivery
• Conduct care assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to client needs
• Provide training and ongoing support to Interim Caregivers to enhance their caregiving skills
• Liaise effectively with Social Workers, Nurses, and client families to coordinate and adjust care requirements
