CITY POWER CAPITAL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive lead generation specialist to help grow our sales pipeline. You will identify and qualify prospects through online channels, events, and outbound outreach, supporting the sales team with fresh opportunities.

The role emphasizes consistent follow-up, data integrity in the CRM, and collaboration with marketing to improve conversion rates. Working hours are standard, with performance incentives on top of base salary.

• Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and timely information to ensure data integrity
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and recommend improvements to increase lead conversion rates
• Use outbound calls, WhatsApp, and social media outreach effectively to engage potential customers
• Follow up persistently with leads to meet or exceed target goals and support sales growth

Salary: 2,400 - 2,800

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
