GTS Consulting in Singapore is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end projects and tailor ERP solutions to clients' needs. You will work with finance, supply chain, and HR processes, manage timelines, train users, and document deployments, with travel to client sites as required.

The role blends functional expertise with collaboration across cross-functional teams in a dynamic IT consultancy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ERP implementation experience with functional consulting focus.
• Experience across finance, supply chain, and HR processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, with a focus on functional consulting.
• Proven expertise in at least one major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
• Strong understanding of business processes across various domains, such as finance, supply chain, and human resources.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Relevant certifications in ERP systems or project management (e.g., PMP, SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
