GTS Consulting in Singapore is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end projects and tailor ERP solutions to clients' needs. You will work with finance, supply chain, and HR processes, manage timelines, train users, and document deployments, with travel to client sites as required.

The role blends functional expertise with collaboration across cross-functional teams in a dynamic IT consultancy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ERP implementation experience with functional consulting focus.
• Experience across finance, supply chain, and HR processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from requirements to deployment.
• Collaborate with clients to map business processes to ERP solutions.
• Act as a functional expert, guiding best practices and standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct user training and create documentation to support adoption.
• Coordinate with technical consultants, developers, and PMs for integration.
• Identify and resolve system issues and provide post-implementation support.
• Stay updated on ERP trends to improve implementation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as trusted advisor.
