Job summary

SWDA is seeking a hands-on operations professional to support a lead fulfilment function for career matching and guidance services in Singapore. You will ensure prompt client engagement and appointment booking while driving data-driven improvements in fulfilment operations and reporting.

You will work with internal teams and external partners to develop scalable processes, monitor performance, and leverage digital campaigns to generate quality leads for SWDA's programmes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in lead fulfilment, customer operations, digital marketing, or similar operational role.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fulfilment Operations: manage end-to-end fulfilment of leads, ensure timely follow-up, engagement and appointment booking.
• Escalation point for self-booking system issues and assist where needed to book appointments.
• Monitor fulfilment activities to meet service standards and turnaround times; resolve issues promptly.
• Refine fulfilment processes and SOPs with internal stakeholders to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to processes and standards.
