Responsibilities

• Conduct client onboarding and complete onboarding checklist, SWOT analysis and gap assessment.
• Plan with the team, organize and motivate across vendors.
• Oversee and monitor all Campaign progress activities per timeline.
• Deliver and ensure client satisfaction within budget.
• Engage senior stakeholders to discuss project issues and risks.
• Drive end-to-end delivery including requirements, design, testing and deployment.
• Take minutes and document client requests to manage delays.
• Provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Meet with clients and conduct presentations as needed.
• Be prompt in replying to client inquiries.
• Ensure all Digital Marketing Campaign timelines are properly managed.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing team.
• Conduct meetings and communicate client feedback periodically

Education

Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Marketing Communication
