Job summary

Fujitec Singapore seeks a capable Field Testing Supervisor to lead a team of technicians conducting annual inspections for lifts and escalators. You will plan and manage the yearly testing calendar, coordinate with clients, and ensure strict safety documentation and compliance throughout all activities.

The role requires a diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of frontline engineering experience, with preference for testing/commissioning exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of engineering front-line experience; prior testing and commissioning experience preferred.
• Able to work independently with MS Office; strong written, verbal and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of Field Technicians to perform the Annual Testing of Lift & Escalators.
• Plan and schedule a yearly testing calendar and update changes promptly.
• Liaise with clients on yearly testing of lifts and escalators.
• Uphold high work safety standards and ensure all work documents are in order (e.g., Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedure, Toolbox meetings).
