Job summary

NUOVO PIGNONE INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. Singapore Branch is seeking a Controls & Electrical Instrumentations Engineer – Field Service to travel across APAC for installation and maintenance support. You will engage with site teams, manage commissioning activities, and ensure safe, compliant operations on customer sites.

The role emphasizes hands-on electrical/instrumentation work, system upgrades, and effective communication with project managers to deliver reliable turbine and compressor services.

Qualifications

Engineering degree or technical diploma in electrical/mechatronics engineering.
At least three years of work experience in energy/oil & gas.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Install, commission and start up gas turbine-related equipment at customer sites.
Provide field-based electrical/instrumentation support for outages, maintenance and commissioning.
Coordinate with project and site managers to plan and execute field activities.
Troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems such as GE Mark Vie, Woodward Netcon, Micronet, and Allen Bradley PLCs.
Ensure compliance with HSE rules and quality procedures on site.
