Job summary

GlobalFoundries Singapore is seeking a Facilities Operations professional responsible for plant operations across its Fabs. You will lead M&E activities, coordinate with FMS staff, and ensure timely issue response and escalation, while optimizing manpower and logistics.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Controls or Chemical Engineering, at least 3 years' experience with M&E or UPW systems, and hands-on troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical / Electrical & Controls / Chemical Engineering.
• 3+ years of work experience on M&E or UPW systems.
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills on M&E or UPW systems.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills; team player.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsible for Facility plant operations for respective Fabs.
• Lead, liaise, assist and coordinate with all FMS staff and ensure issues are attended timely.
• Ensure optimum usage of manpower, logistics and resources for Fabs.
• Follow incident escalation procedures and support investigations.
