Job summary

MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Facilities Electrical Engineer to lead on-site electrical infrastructure across high, medium, and low voltage systems, including power quality equipment and emergency generation.

You will drive safety, reliability, and performance improvements while aligning with site and corporate goals, mentoring engineers and coordinating cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and digital tool deployments.

Qualifications

• Master's/Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with HV/MV/LV electrical systems in semiconductor/manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with SMART systems and predictive maintenance tools is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communicator able to collaborate across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety compliance across all electrical operations and conduct risk assessments.
• Lead commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of electrical systems from 230kV to Low Voltage.
• Provide expert support for complex operational issues and lead root cause investigations (8D).
• Coordinate resource management, system performance analysis, and implementation of expansion projects.
• Review and validate scope, schedule, and cost estimates; provide design and construction oversight.
