You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with site objectives, advance innovative solutions, and mentor engineers while driving capacity expansion and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• Master's/ Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in Instrumentation and Control Systems in semiconductor/manufacturing environments.
• PLC and SCADA certifications; knowledge of Python/R, Web development, Hadoop, SQL.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
• Leadership experience and interest in semiconductor industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Champion environmental, health, and safety compliance across control operations.
• Lead commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of control systems.
• Provide expert support for complex operational issues and lead 8D investigations.
• Oversee capacity planning and performance analysis for site growth.
• Review scope, schedule, and cost estimates for upgrades.
• Perform FMEA to enhance system resilience.
• Mentor control engineers and technicians.
• Lead post-incident reviews and corrective actions.
• Drive SMART power deployment and AI-enabled tools.
• Integrate AI insights while complying with standards.
• Promote continuous improvement through AI-enabled enhancements.
