Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Fab 10 Facilities Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical infrastructure for advanced semiconductor manufacturing.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with site and corporate goals and mentor engineers across technical and leadership dimensions. You will oversee 230kV to LV systems, emergency generators, UPS, and power quality equipment; drive capacity expansion, risk mitigation, energy efficiency initiatives, and lead 8D

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in HV/MV/LV electrical design, maintenance and operations.
• Experience in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Proficient with ETAP and IEC standards.
• Strong 8D/5 Why problem-solving capabilities.

Mansioni

• Lead commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of electrical systems from 230kV to LV, including generators, UPS, and power quality equipment.
• Provide expert support for complex operations issues and lead root cause investigations (8D).
• Oversee capacity planning, system performance analysis and expansion projects for site growth.
• Review and validate scope, schedules, and cost estimates for infrastructure upgrades.
• Mentor electrical engineers and technicians through training and on-site engagement.
• Drive post-incident reviews and corrective/preventive actions.
