Job summary

NCS is seeking a System Engineer in Singapore to manage and optimize Windows Server environments and enterprise deployment infrastructure. You will ensure security, reliability, and performance across the IT stack while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes AD, SCCM, PowerShell automation, and IAM alignment. Candidates should have 5+ years of hands-on Windows Server and AD experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced APAC IT environment.

Qualifications

5+ years administering Windows Server and Active Directory infrastructure.
Advanced SCCM skills for software deployment, patching and compliance.
Proficient PowerShell scripting for automation and admin tasks.
Experience with IAM concepts and security configurations.
Disaster recovery planning and business continuity knowledge.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and maintain Windows AD infrastructure including domain controllers, forests and OUs.
Administer SCCM for software deployment, patch management and compliance.
Manage user and computer accounts, group policies and access controls.
Monitor performance, security and health; identify and resolve issues.
Plan software deployments and patches to minimize downtime using SCCM.
Document system configurations, procedures and DR plans.
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex infrastructure issues.
Ensure security policy and standards compliance across Windows Server.
Provide guidance to junior staff and end-users on system matters.
