Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Windows AD infrastructure including domain controllers, forests and OUs.
• Administer SCCM for software deployment, patch management and compliance.
• Manage user and computer accounts, group policies and access controls.
• Monitor performance, security and health; identify and resolve issues.
• Plan software deployments and patches to minimize downtime using SCCM.
• Document system configurations, procedures and DR plans.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex infrastructure issues.
• Ensure security policy and standards compliance across Windows Server.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and end-users on system matters.

Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical System Engineer specializing in Windows Active Directory and SCCM to join our IT infrastructure team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our Windows Server environments and enterprise system deployment infrastructure. You will work efficiently to ensure seamless operations, security compliance, and reliable system performance across our organization.

• Design, implement, and maintain Windows Active Directory infrastructure, including domain controllers, forests, and organizational units
• Administer and optimize System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for software deployment, patch management, and system compliance
• Manage user and computer accounts, group policies, and access controls within Active Directory environments
• Monitor system performance, security, and health; identify and resolve issues proactively
• Plan and execute software deployments, updates, and patches using SCCM to minimize downtime
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and disaster recovery plans
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and implement solutions
• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards across Windows Server environments
• Perform regular system audits and optimization to maintain efficiency and securityProvide technical support and guidance to junior IT staff and end-users on system-related matters

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Windows Server environments and Active Directory infrastructure
• Advanced proficiency with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for software deployment and patch management
• Strong expertise in Active Directory administration, including user management, group policies, and security configurations
• Solid understanding of Windows Server operating systems and enterprise IT infrastructure
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration tasks
• Experience with identity and access management (IAM) principles and best practices
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with disaster recovery planning and business continuity procedures
• Preferred: Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent) related to Windows Server or Active Directory
• Preferred: Experience with hybrid cloud environments or Azure Active Directory integration
