Job summary

NTUC Enterprise Nexus Co-Operative Limited is seeking a Senior Manager (Product Delivery) to define and drive the integration strategy linking Front Office touchpoints—e-commerce checkout, in-store POS, food-service kiosks, and customer app—to core enterprise systems.

You will champion API-first, event-driven patterns and oversee architecture, governance, and delivery across multiple channels, ensuring reliable, secure data flows and rapid onboarding of new channels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software/systems engineering at staff or principal engineer level, with ownership of enterprise integration work.
• Deep expertise in integration patterns: APIs (REST/SOAP), event-driven architecture, batch/file transfer, and webhooks.
• Hands-on experience integrating with ERP (SAP or equivalent), POS, WMS, CRM/CDP, loyalty platforms; no vendor lock-in requirement.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion integration roadmap and architecture connecting Front Office touchpoints to enterprise systems; aim for a single, repeatable integration layer.
• Lead technical planning and execution of multiple concurrent integration projects across channels and systems.
• Act as primary technical liaison between business/ops and engineering, translating requirements into integration specs.
• Define test strategies, ensure QA across channels, and support rollout and hyper-care phases.
• Mentor engineers on integration design principles and cross-system thinking.
