Job summary

NTUC FAIRPRICE CO-OPERATIVE LTD in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager (Product Delivery) to define and govern the integration strategy connecting Front Office touchpoints—e-commerce checkout, in-store POS, food-service POS/kiosks, and the customer app—with core enterprise systems such as SAP, WMS, and loyalty platforms.

You will lead architecture decisions, drive standardisation, and coordinate cross-functional delivery across retail ops, payments, and IT, ensuring secure, scalable data flows for

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software/systems engineering with senior/leadership scope.
• Deep expertise in integration patterns: APIs, event-driven, batch/file transfer, webhooks.
• Hands-on experience integrating with ERP, POS, WMS, CRM/CDP and loyalty platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the integration roadmap and architecture for Front Office touchpoints to enterprise systems.
• Establish and govern integration standards, patterns and best practices for repeatable onboarding of new channels.
• Lead technical planning, delivery, and risk mitigation across multiple concurrent integration projects.
