Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead large complex EPC projects in water technologies.

You will manage multiple packages, enforce QHSE standards, and drive project objectives, budgets, and schedules. You will coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners, and report to the PM with regular progress updates. The role requires an engineering degree, 10 years in water tech or EPC project management, and preferably PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in relevant discipline.
• 10 years Experience in Water Technologies / Project Management of EPC projects
• PMP will be an advantage
• Able to manage Projects packages Independently
• Commercial knowledge for managing the projects

Responsibilities

• Proposes, implements and adapts the large complex project realization strategy.
• Manages multiple packages in a Large Complex Project, and reports to the PM.
• Guards QHSE rules in his/her area.
• Autonomous in defining objectives and baseline values.
• Responsible for costs (margin), quality, lead times and technical performance of the project.
• Interacts with external stakeholders (client, consulting engineer, partners and subcontractors); proposes and implements contract management.
• Defines needs and manages relationships with internal stakeholders (subsidiary managers: engineering, procurement...) and alerts superior when necessary.
• Leads, coordinates and federates team around the business strategy; manages a diverse team and HR processes for the project.
• Identifies, manages and concludes opportunities in the area of responsibility.
• Identifies, analyses and manages risks in the area of responsibility.
• Issues reports on the area of responsibility.
• Prepare and manage financial forecasts of the projects.
• Work with the ERP system (SAP); ensure processes and projects follow ISO standards.
• Implementation of ProjEx.
• Directs the REX.
