Job summary

HAI FENG ENGINEERING & TRADING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a senior Project Manager to lead water infrastructure and building projects from planning through handover.

You will drive planning, scheduling, risk assessments and ensure delivery within budget and quality standards. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal teams, manage budgets and subcontractors, and mentor the project team through complex, multi-disciplinary work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing complex water infrastructure and/or Building projects.
• Proven experience in project management from planning and design coordination through construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Experience with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of project cost, schedule, quality, safety, risk and resource management.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• High level of ownership, accountability and ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Good team player with intercultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of water infrastructure and/or Building projects from planning to handover.
• Prepare and manage schedules, drawings, method statements, risk assessments and other project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within cost, schedule, quality and technical requirements.
• Manage project budget, resources, variations, subcontractors and commercial matters to achieve objectives.
• Coordinate and resolve technical, site, construction and project-related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental and risk management requirements.
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams for smooth delivery.
• Lead and motivate the project team with effective communication and accountability.
