Job summary

Spencer Ogden Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead large complex EPC projects with multiple packages.

You will manage objectives, budgets, lead times, and technical performance, while coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders. You will ensure QHSE compliance, apply ISO standards, and drive contract management, risk assessment, and financial forecasting. The role requires independent leadership and proven experience in water technologies and EPC project

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in a relevant discipline.
• 8 years experience in Water Technologies / EPC project management.
• PMP will be an advantage.
• Able to manage project packages independently.
• Commercial knowledge for managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Proposes and implements the large complex project realization strategy.
• Manages multiple packages in a Large Complex Project and reports to the PM.
• Ensures QHSE rules are applied in the area.
• Responsible for costs (margin), quality, lead times and technical performance.
• Manages relationships with external stakeholders (client, consulting engineer, partners and subcontractors) and contracts.
• Defines needs and manages relationships with internal stakeholders (subsidiary managers: engineering, procurement) of the area.
• Leads, coordinates and federates the team around the business strategy and HR wheel processes.
• Identifies, manages and concludes opportunities in the area.
• Identifies, analyses and manages the risks in the area.
• Issues reports on the area of responsibility.
• Prepare and Manage Financial forecasts of the projects.
• Work with the ERP system (SAP). Ensure that processes and projects follow the ISO standards
• Implementation of ProjEx.
• Directs the REX.
