Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certificate in mechanical, aerospace, mechatronics or related field.
• Experience in engine testing or test cell operations preferred.
• Willing to work rotating shifts (Day & Night) and overtime when required.
• Ability to read and follow technical documents, test procedures, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform engine testing in accordance with approved test procedures, work instructions, and safety standards.
• Prepare test beds, engines, tooling, and instrumentation prior to test runs.
• Conduct pre-test, test, and post-test activities including checks, adjustments, and shutdown procedures.
• Monitor engine parameters during testing and identify abnormal conditions or fault indications.
• Respond appropriately to alarms, fault codes, or test deviations.
• Accurately record test data, parameters, and results in designated systems or log sheets.
• Assist engineers and senior technicians in troubleshooting test issues and equipment faults.
• Perform basic inspection and care of test cell equipment and tooling.
