XP Power Singapore is seeking an experienced Firmware Engineer to join the team responsible for switching mode power supply development. You will design, code, verify firmware, and support manufacturing in early beta runs of new products.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on specifications, architecture, and test strategies, mentor junior engineers, and help deliver robust software for power conversion systems across the product lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/CE/EE or related field.
• 5–7 years of related work experience.
• Experience with embedded firmware and power electronics is a plus.
• Familiarity with MISRA, IEC62304 or other coding standards is a plus.

• Participate in firmware development and verification for power supplies.
• Design, code, test, and integrate software for power conversion systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product definitions and requirements.
• Provide guidance to junior firmware engineers and participate in code reviews.
• Support factory on design-related issues and assist with beta runs of new products.
