Job summary

XP Power, a global leader in power solutions, seeks an experienced Senior Test Engineer in Singapore. You will own development and qualification of production test systems for power supplies, driving automation, test coverage, and reliability across NPI to mass production.

Strong hands-on hardware/software skills and cross-functional collaboration are essential. You will work closely with Design, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure robust test solutions and safe, compliant operation.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in test engineering and ATE.
• Proven experience in developing automated production test programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated testing for power supply electrical performance and protection.
• Create production test solutions for AC/DC and DC/DC products with digital control.
• Debug hardware, firmware, and test-system issues with cross-functional teams.
• Design and develop production test jigs, fixtures, and test adapters.
• Lead continuous improvements in automation, test coverage, and efficiency.
• Qualify and release ATE systems and support ramp-up to manufacturing sites.
