Job summary

JOHN HOLLAND ELECTRICAL & SERVICE PTE LTD is seeking an experienced M&E professional to handle preparation of BQ, design & build projects, and drawing/layout tasks. The role requires strong communication and organisational skills to coordinate multiple projects in Singapore.

You will prepare design calculations, optimise solutions, and lead project meetings while ensuring timely documentation and compliance with local codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 yrs of hands-on M&E experience in construction, LTA projects or mixed development.
• Familiarity with Singapore codes such as SS638(CP5), SS650, SS555.
• Hands-on AutoCAD drawing experience preferred.
• BIM knowledge with Revit/Navisworks is advantageous.
• Consultancy experience is preferred.
• Possess strong organisational and follow-up skills, meticulous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project documents including BQ.
• Handle design and build projects.
• Prepare optimised design solutions for projects.
• Prepare design drawings (Single Line Drawings & layout).
• Prepare design calculations including voltage drop and short circuit current.
• Support multiple M&E projects concurrently.
• Lead project meetings and work with team to deliver on-time.
• Ensure drawings and documents are well maintained and stored timely.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
