Job summary

John Holland Group in Singapore is seeking an M&E engineer to handle design documentation, design drawings, and design calculations, coordinating multiple projects.

The role requires hands-on M&E experience, familiarity with SS638(CP5), SS650, SS555, and proficiency with AutoCAD; BIM tools like Revit/Navisworks are a plus; strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

You will lead meetings, ensure timely deliverables, and maintain project drawings and documents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 yrs of hands-on M&E experience in construction industry.
• Familiar with Singapore codes such as SS638(CP5), SS650, SS555.
• Hands-on experience in AutoCAD drawings.
• Familiarity with BIM tools (Revit/Navisworks) is advantageous.
• Consultancy experience is preferred.
• Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• 2–3 years of related field experience required.
• Required language: English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project documents including BQ and design drawings.
• Handle Design & Build projects.
• Prepare optimised design solutions and design drawings (Single Line Drawings & layout).
• Prepare design calculations (voltage drop, short circuit, etc.).
• Support multiple M&E projects concurrently.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate with team to meet deliverables on-time.
• Maintain and store drawings and documents properly.
