Job summary

Coastal Contracts Berhad is looking for a Document Controller/Project Engineer in Singapore. In this role, you will develop and maintain document control procedures for vessel construction and conversion projects, collaborate with teams, and ensure timely processing of documentation.

The ideal candidate will hold a diploma or degree in engineering and possess the ability to communicate in Chinese. Experience in document control is preferred, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in document control for vessel construction projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain document control procedures for vessel projects.
• Ensure timely processing and tracking of project documentation.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining document distribution matrices.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Good knowledge of electronic document management systems (EDMS)

Demonstrable knowledge of Document Control Centre (DCC) practices

Ability to communicate in Chinese

Education

Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
