Job summary

AMD is seeking a DFT engineer in Singapore to lead an engineering team on Scan, MBIST, and iJTAG test development for advanced products. The ideal candidate will have strong DFT and leadership abilities to communicate complex issues effectively across teams.

Key responsibilities include managing DFT engineers, collaborating with design teams, and enhancing product yield across the lifecycle. The role requires an MS or Ph.D. in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering and relevant experience in DFT engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience in DFT engineering through pre and post-silicon cycles.
• Experience in creating and implementing complex chip-level DFT architecture.
• Strong MBIST knowledge.
• Good communication skills, works well in a group environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage DFT engineers, resolving technical challenges.
• Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure DFT structures are correctly implemented.
• Develop and verify DFT schemes on hard-IP in AMD ASIC and FPGA products.
• Assist in diagnosis and yield enhancement throughout the product lifecycle.
