Job summary
CARL ZEISS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Lead Specialist, Data Engineering to provide regional technical leadership for the Data & Analytics platform across Southeast Asia.
You will shape scalable data solutions from ingestion in Microsoft Fabric to enterprise reporting and visualization in Power BI. You will own data platform architecture, governance, and performance, partner with ERP/CRM teams and regional leadership, drive end-to-end analytics, and establish standards for data
Qualifications
- Must have strong data architecture and analytics engineering background.
- Experience leading end-to-end analytics solutions in enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate with multiple countries and business functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of regional data platform solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
- Define data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and automation patterns across regional analytics use cases.
- Own the technical design and optimization of Lakehouse and Data Warehouse solutions within Fabric.
- Establish data quality, lineage, and governance standards for regional analytics solutions.
- Provide direction for platform performance, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Drive governance and adoption of enterprise Power BI reports, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
- Lead integration design for data from SAP ERP and Salesforce CRM.
- Oversee regional reporting delivery and analytics requirements across Southeast Asia.
