Job summary

Micron Technology Asia Operations Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a senior AI/ML leader to drive predictive yield and reliability modeling for high-volume manufacturing.

You will mentor engineers, define technical direction, and productionize ML solutions that improve yield, quality, and cycle time. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Test, Yield, and Fab teams, leading data pipelines and GenAI-enabled enhancements to the analytics stack.

Qualifications

Advanced degree or equivalent experience in AI/ML, data science, or engineering.
5+ years hands-on ML/data science, with 2+ years leading a team.
Proven experience deploying ML models to production.
Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
Experience with time-series, forecasting, and anomaly detection.

Responsibilities

Mentor and develop a team of engineers and data scientists.
Lead technical direction and model review across projects.
Own predictive yield, reliability modeling, and productionization.
Build scalable data pipelines for large manufacturing data.
Deploy AI/ML solutions in cloud environments and monitor performance.
